It's now been offically confirmed:  one person was treated, at Clarion Hospital, for the injuries which he received in a recent traffic mishap, here in the immediate Clarion area.     Hurt was Joseph Lovaglio of the New Castle area     He had been driving a pickup truck on I-80, near Exit 62, in Monroe Township. and lost control of his vehicle as a result of icy pavement conditions.      The Lovaglio truck veered off into the freeway median and finally came to a stop.
