At speeds over 100 miles per hour many times:  A State Police traffic pursuit made its way from western Forest County, into north central Clarion County, before the driver being chased was finally stopped by troopers, after 1:30 Saturday morning.     State Police had first tried to stop 23-year-old Tommmy James Fenstermaker of the Meadville area (Crawford County) for a traffic violation on Route 36, in Tionesta Township.     Fenstermaker quickly sped away from troopers.     He was pursued into Clarion County on Route 36,  onto Pinehollow Road and back onto Route 36.      He was chased through Tylersburg and south onto Route 66, through Snydersburg and Lucinda.     But, Clarion based  State Police deployed spike strips across Route 66, at Zacherl's Farm Market, Paint Township.     It was there that Fenstermaker was stopped and arrested for felony fleeing and eluding.     Fenstermaker is now being held, in the Warren County Prison, on a parole detainer.
