Here in Clarion:  Republican U-S Senate candidate Pat Toomey is scheduled to make one of his stops on a summer bus tour, at the local Holiday Inn hotel, starting at 11:30 a.m., this Thursday.     The G-O-P candidate is scheduled to meet with any interested voters for about one hour and will share his views on a number of subjects.     After ten years as a small business owner/operator, Toomey ran for and won a seat in the U-S house.      Toomey represented the commonwealth's 15th district in Washington for three staight terms.
