In northern Clarion County:  Three local area fire compnies spent over two hours at the scene of a structural blaze, late Sunday afternoon.     One person was at the home along Route 66, a few miles north of the village of Leeper, in Farmington Township, when the flames broke out, just before 4:30 p.m.     Farmington Township fire-rescue, with the help of Washington Township and Marienville fire companies volunteers, were able to stop the blaze before it was able to get too far.     While there was 60-Thousand Dollars damage to the upper part of the house, the place could possibly be repaired.     No one was hurt as a result of this fire.     However, A Farmington Township ambulance crew was on standby at the scene during the firefighting effort.     Farmington Fire Chief Bob Carroll tells us this place was the home of the Phillip and Michelle Rankin family.     The chief explains that Mrs. Rankin was the only person home at the time.     Her husband was at  work and their children were with other family members.     The chief says the family is being helped by the Red Cross.     The fire chief states that electrical wiring in the attic was the cause of this blaze.
