A man, from western Forest County, has lost his life in a traffic accident, in eastern Crawford County.     State Police identify the deceased as 21 year old Jacob Charles Dietrich of Allegheny Lane, in the Tionesta area.     Dietrich had been driving an s-u-v on Route 408, several miles west of the Titusville area, in Troy Township.     For unknown reasons, the vehicle swerved off of the highway and first hit an enbankment.     As the s-u-v rolled over three times, driver Dietrich was ejected fom his vehicle.     The s-u-v came to a final stop back on its wheels again.     Dietrich was pronounced dead as a result of the injuries he sustained in this incident.     This wreck took place shortly before six Thursday morning.
