in northen Armstrong County:  Un-named items, valued at over 42-Hundred Dollars, are reported to have been stolen in a residential break-in and theft.     The crime victim is Walter Mechling The Third of the Templeton area.     Unknown persons entered his place, which is located along Stone Avenue, in Pine Township and took those items.     This incident happened sometime between October 19th and the 23rd.
