Knox area resident Clinton Stonesifer has been hurt in a traffic collision, in southwestern Clarion County.     But, there is no word, from  State Police, that he needed any hospital treatment.     Stonesifer had been operating a pickup truck on Route 861, in Madison  Township.     Troopers say his vehicle pulled out in front of an s-u-v, driven by Cara Booth of the Rimersburg area, causing a collision.     This incident took place at about Ten Thursday morning.
