In northern Clarion County:  State Police were, at last word, still tryng to locate a stolen all terrain vehicle.     Troopers are looking for  2009 blue color Yahma Wolverine 350 model a-t-v, which is said to be valued at Five Tthousand Dollars.     The vehicle, which is owned by Leeper area resident Ann Seidle, was stolen from the parking lot of the Knotty Pine Bar, which is located along Route 36, in Farmington Township.     The theft occurred on Friday night.     Anyone with any information on this crime is asked to contact the  State Police.
