The family of a state trooper, from Venango County, who was killed in the line of duty, will receive the State Police Cross during a ceremony, on Sunday, in Hershey.     Trooper Paul Ritchey was shot and killed during a domestic dispute, near Oil City, on January 13th, 2010.     Gunman Michael Smith shot and killed his estranged wife, Nancy Frey-Smith, before fatally shooting himself.     Trooper Ritchey was the 93rd and latest member of the State Police to die in the line of duty.
