There has been a theft from a federal govenment facility, in northern Amstrong County.     This crime occurred at the U-S Army Corps of Engineers Mahoning Dam work site, in Redbank Township.     Unknown persons are alledged to have stolen copper wire, as well as grounding rods and clamps, sometime between April Eighth and April 11th.     The loss was estimated at nearly 600-dollars.
