November 17, 2008 Fatal Accident One person was killed and 2 others were injured after a traffic accident in western Jefferson County. The wreck took place on Interstate 80, just east of exit 81, in Pinecreek Township. State police identify the deceased as 29 year-old Raginiben Patel of Tennessee. She was a passenger in a vehicle being operated by Alysha Dinesh Patel of Michigan. The driver lost control of her vehicle in the snow and slush covered freeway. The vehicle went off of the median and up an embankment. The vehicle rolled over several times before landing on its roof. The driver and one other passenger, Tina Dinesh of Michigan, were injured and apparently taken to Brookville Hospital for treatment. The other fatally injured passenger was pronounced dead at the scene by Jefferson County Coroner Bernard Snyder.

The items can be dropped off at a Northwest Savings Bank location. |
