The program is open to women between the ages of 40-65, who have low to moderate incomes, are uninsured or have insurance that does not cover screening for breast or cervical cancer. If a woman is diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer, or pre-cancerous conditions of the breast or cervix, through the HealthyWoman Program, she is eligible for full health care benefits.
