Annual EEO Public File Report
The purpose of the EEO Public File Report (“Report”) is to comply with Section 73.2080(c)(6) of the FCC’s 2002 EEO Rule. This Report has been prepared on behalf of the Station Employment Unit that is comprised of the following radio stations: WWCH-AM and WCCR-FM, both licensed to Clarion, PA and is required to be placed public inspection files of the stations and posted on their website. The information contained in this report covers the time period beginning March 22, 2007 to and including March 21, 2007. The FCC’s 2002 EEO Rule requires that this report contain the following information.
A list of all full-time vacancies filled by WWCH/WCCR comprising the Station Employment Unit during the Applicable Period.
For each such vacancy, the requirement sources utilized to fill the vacancy (including, if applicable, organizations entitled to notification pursuant to Section 73.2080(c)(1)(ii) of the new EEO Rule, which should be separately identified) identified by name, address, contact person and telephone number.
The recruitment source that referred the hire for each full-time vacancy during the Applicable Period;
Data reflecting the total number of persons interviewed for full-time vacancies during the Applicable Period and the total number of interviewees referred by each recruitment source utilized in connection with such vacancies; and
A list and brief description of the initiatives undertaken pursuant to Section 73.2080(c)(2 of the FCC Rules.
Appendices 1, 2 and 3 which follow have been designed, in the aggregate, to provide the required information.

EEO Initiatives
WWCH/WCCR Radio has been involved with the following EEO initiatives during the above EEO Report time period:
William S. Hearst, WWCH/WCCR Radio, general manager participated in the 2007 Clarion County Job Fair, on Thursday, March 29, 2007 at the Clarion Mall. During the event, Mr. Hearst spoke to over 85 job seekers.
WWCH/WCCR hosted two high school students on Monday, May 7, 2007, as part of the Clarion Rotary Club’s Job Shadow Day. The students spent four hours at the station learning about various radio jobs and helped to produce two live radio shows.
WWCH-AM “Job Call” Radio Show: 9:30 AM, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 5 minutes in length. A Pennsylvania Career Link employee calls with local job openings and local training opportunities.
Girl Scouts tour of the radio station on Saturday, May 12, 2007. Six Girl Scouts and their leaders spend one hour touring the radio station.
WWCH/WCCR Radio has established a training program designed to enable station personnel to acquire skills that can qualify them for higher level positions. During the past year two station employees were sent to Dallas and attended a Scott Studios 3 day workshop. Two employees attended the Ida Bank News and Programming weekend workshop in St. Louis and 3 employees completed the RAB On-Line Sales Training.
